{ SCROLL THROUGH THE SLIDES BELOW TO LEARN MORE }
SLIDE 1 } Link Communication Device with Required FMCSA Information
The affordable device will be installed to the company vehicle through vehicle manufacturer installed ports that are present on vehicles. The device will link the FMCSA required information to a communication device that most companies already own or can easily acquire.
The communication device will then create the required FMCSA information and maintain this information for inspection. This information will also be automatically transmitted via the device to OHT Service’s software where it can be reviewed and audited by in-house designated employees. This information is then stored in accordance to FMCSA regulations.
SLIDE 2 } Create & Maintain Driver’s Logs
The communication device and OHT hardware will then create the required driver’s log and maintain it to be viewed by the driver or auditor. The easy to read log keeps track of off duty time, sleeper time, and driving hours and off duty time during the required time period. This can also be e-mailed to the auditor if requested.
SLIDE 3 } Custom Trip Inspection
The program also allows the driver to conduct a custom made trip inspection that time stamps the time and location. The inspection can be assigned to the vehicle and document if maintenance action is required. These maintenance actions can be customized where the employee in charge of maintenance actions is made aware of the problem.
SLIDE 4 } Fuel & Odometer Readings for IFTA Compliance
OHT software allows the driver to enter information that assist with the compliance of IFTA regulations. The driver can enter the location where fuel is purchased, the amount of gallons purchased, the odometer reading at the time of purchase and the state where the fuel is purchased. This information is used by OHT software to create an IFTA report.
SLIDE 5 } State Mileage Records for IFTA compliance
OHT software allows the driver to enter information that assists with the compliance with IFTA regulations. The driver can enter the state where fuel was purchased and the miles driven in this state. This information is used by OHT software to create an IFTA report that is user friendly and easy to read.
